This November 1995 letter, appears to establish a relationship between AIM attorneys Richard Lester and Joe Eggleston and local Arizona attorney Mitchell Cohen as representing Mr. Salgado. At this point, their client seems to be pursuing the driver and her insurance company, Farmers for damages. Then, in March of 1997, Mitchell Cohen filed a product liability lawsuit against Harley Davidson.

If you call AIM looking for an Arizona lawyer, you will be refered to Joe Eggleston. If you call Michell Cohen's office you will be told that his office is currently, an affiliate of AIM (per Mr. Cohen himself).

From what we heard, Richard Lester previously promised the motorycycle community to refrain from such activity.
